Pilates & Body Sculpting


Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on building strength without bulk, while increasing flexibility, agility, and preventing injury. It involves a series of controlled movements engaging both body and mind to increase . The primary focus of each exercise is to utilize proper breathing, build awareness of spinal alignment, and core strength from which everything flows. At Novelife Fitness we utilize pilates rings, foam rollers, resistance bands, and yoga balls.


Our body sculpting classes, help to build awareness of the mind body connection and promote balance in the assisting muscles to help to create overall strength in the body and prevent injuries. This unique combination of weight training, body sculpting, and body weight exercises ensures that you consistently burn calories consistently during the day.
